Sophie has a decade of experience working in museums and auction houses in London and Italy. Her specialty is Early Modern material culture, having trained at the V&A Museum with a specialism in Renaissance works of art.

She now teaches primary aged children in a London day school, though has also taught A and AS Level Art History. Sophie combines her art expertise with with her knowledge of the National Curriculum and an understanding of young people.

Sophie is a Trustee of The Huguenot Museum, which champions the artistic skills and trades brought by 16th and 17th century French refugees and similarly celebrates the rich contributions of refugees in the UK today.

If Sophie could get locked in a London gallery overnight, it would be the V&A, where she would make a beeline for the glitteriest snuff boxes.
